Who we are
Milpitas Buffet is an all-you-can-eat Chinese buffet in Milpitas, a few minutes off I-880 and I-680. Six areas run under one roof: a seafood bar built around snow crab legs, a sushi and cold bar, a grill cooked to order, a hot line of Chinese-American entrées, comfort food for children and picky eaters, and a dessert station.
Nothing here sits under a heat lamp all shift. We cook in smaller batches and refill through service, which is why the fried items stay crisp and the seafood keeps its texture. Take a full loop of the line before you fill a plate, then go back as often as you like.

We cook to the rhythm of the room. At peak lunch and dinner the trays turn over constantly, which is when everything on the line is at its freshest. Between meal periods the pace slows and so do the refills.
We put the heaviest seafood spread out for dinner service and weekends.
One rate covers every station. Lunch, dinner and weekend pricing differ, so call for today's price.
Hand your bowl to our grill chef on your first walk through the room, then eat something cold while it cooks. Doing it the other way means standing in line with an empty plate.
Our floor seats big parties without a private-room fee, but weekend evenings fill up. Call ahead with a headcount and we will have the table together before you arrive.

The room itself
This is not a quiet dinner. Birthday songs play over the speakers with the guest's name announced, the floor seats large parties, and our team clears plates fast enough that the table never stacks up.
