The dishes described on this site are what we typically serve across our six stations. We cook to the pace of the room, so the exact line changes between lunch and dinner, between weekdays and weekends, and with the seasons.

Prices

Buffet pricing is per person and differs between lunch, dinner, weekends and holidays. Party tray prices listed on the menu page are indicative and can change with market costs. Treat every figure on this site as a guide rather than a quote, and confirm with us before you order.

Food allergies and cross-contact

This is an open buffet. Serving utensils move between trays, guests serve themselves, and the same fryers and grill surface handle several ingredients through a shift. Cross-contact between allergens is possible even when a dish contains no allergen itself.

Shellfish is served across the seafood bar, the sushi bar and the hot line. Peanuts, tree nuts, sesame, soy, wheat, egg and dairy appear in sauces, coatings and desserts.
